No one imagines a burger when thinking about health. But that’s what made us reinvent the wheel! The thought lingered in the minds of the enterprising brother duo – Amit & Rajan Vadher who took it upon their shoulders to transform this notion and reinvent the popular QSR food preparation. With prior experience in the food industry, thanks to their 45-year-old family business and insights derived from running a street food business for 15 years in Anand, Amit started improvising and experimenting with burgers. Both brothers wanted to create something healthy and tasty. The real breakthrough came when they thought of creating burgers using multigrain bread. As the family had its own bakery, they tried several bread variations – multigrain, wheat, honey oats, to perfect the formula after two years, finally. In 2015, both brothers started their first outlet at Anand in Gujarat which soon became popular owing to the health promise. Brown Burger Co. is known to serve the healthiest multigrain burgers in the town. Soon, the soaring popularity of the concept grabbed the interest of their friends Kunal Patel & Dr. Hiren Chauhan, who suggested taking this concept to regional, national, and international levels through the franchising route. A franchising model was developed, and the first franchised outlet was launched in Vadodara in 2018. The idea of Brown Burger Co. was to serve the healthiest burgers and snacks to food lovers and within no time, their franchise outlet became immensely popular. In a short span of 60 months after the launch of the first outlet, Brown Burger Co. managed to open multiple outlets in Pan India.
